ERO Report
The
Education Review Office is the government department which reviews
and reports publicly on the quality of education in all New Zealand
schools and early childhood services, including private schools,
kura kaupapa Mäori (Mäori language immersion schools),
special schools and ngä köhanga reo (Mäori language
early childhood groups).
Term Dates
This
notice, given under Section 65A to 65C of the Education Act 1989
sets the number of half-days on which state schools must be open
and the terms and holiday dates for state schools. These dates take
into account public holidays but do not include the local anniversary
day holiday.
TKI Description
TKI
is a bilingual portal-plus web community which provides quality
assured educational material for teachers, school managers, and
the wider education community. It is an initiative of the Ministry
of Education.
